Terms and Conditions

Payment - Payment in advance is required to secure your booking. Payment will be collected via a secure link attached to an invoice issued electronically.

 

Refunds - Refunds will be offered subject to an administration fee of £10 if the booking is cancelled with at least 7 days' notice.

 

 Booking Confirmation - You are responsible for ensuring that the details received by us are correctly quoted in our price quote and invoice.

 

Liability - 'Graham's Elite Private Hire' does not accept any responsibility for missed appointments or flights for any reason, including but not limited to traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances. We recommend passengers plan to arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to flight departure.

 

 Carriage of Animals - 'Graham's Elite Private Hire' reserves the right to refuse carriage of animals not agreed upon at the point of booking. All animals must be secured in a suitable transport box/crate with the exception of a guide dog which should be seated with the owner.  We accept no responsibility for costs incurred from failure to abide by these terms.

 

Insurance - We are fully insured for hire & reward passenger travel and have a £5m public liability policy. Our insurance does not cover clients to drive our vehicles or for loss or damage to clients’ possessions or any other consequential losses, delays, or missed events. A copy of our insurance policy can be made available on request.  

 

Parking Charges - If parking tickets are issued as a result of an instruction by the client, the full cost of the charges incurred will be passed on to the client along with a £10.00 administration fee. When collecting a wait time of 30 minutes is included in the price. Delays maybe subject to further charges.

 

Vehicle Damage - All passengers are responsible for any costs incurred to return a vehicle to working order (repairs or professional cleans) where the damage to the vehicle by passengers exceeds reasonable wear and tear.  

 

Accuracy of Information - We endeavour to ensure that the information on our website and communications is accurate; however, occasionally changes and errors occur, and we reserve the right to correct prices and other details in such circumstances.  

 

Consumer Rights - None of these terms and conditions are intended to contravene or contradict any provision of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your statutory rights under any such legislation are not affected.
